I just received the item and opened it immediately. I gave 4 stars only because the shipping took an extended amount of time. However, the product is beautiful. Well made and functions properly. I am trying all the settings now and it is very simple to use. You simply hold the button for several seconds to turn on and off. Or you hold the button for a couple seconds to screen through the colors. I love that the instructions include a very detailed explanation of the colors and wavelengths and their function. I'm happy to have bought it cheaply~~ I'm not sure about the effect yet, but if I keep using it consistently, it will get better~~ I haven't tried it with a red light yet, but I think it won't look good on the eyes, so I use a mask pack and then fold it in the middle to use as a light-blocking mask.
